With coaching, you’ll learn how to cultivate greater awareness and presence in your daily life. You’ll develop skills for managing stress and anxiety, enhancing focus and concentration, emotional regulation, and building more positive and meaningful relationships with others.
Through our collaboration, you’ll discover how to look within yourself and uncover new insights, cultivate greater self-awareness, and explore the broader perspective of your life. My coaching approach prioritizes who you are becoming rather than just what you are doing, which can lead to profound transformation and a deeper understanding of your own intuition. This newfound awareness will provide clarity and enable you to move forward with greater confidence and purpose.

Mindful Resilience Sessions
Mindful Resilience helps those with PTSD with an intentional sessions.
These sessions can consist of restorative yoga, which is a nurturing practice to release tension and stress with intentional stillness, relaxed restorative yoga poses, and guided rest meditation (yoga nidra). For virtual sessions, this can be done at home by incorporating props and many household items can work if you are doing the session via Zoom.
Guided Rest (yoga nidra) has been shown to be effective in scientific trials for conditions including:
- chronic pain
- sleep problems
- depression and anxiety
- post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
30-60 minutes session

Mindfulness Meditation Instruction
Establishing a consistent meditation practice will assist you in your emotional well-being and state of mind. Learn meditation and receive support for your practice. You will be guided in practices that will help to reduce stress and anxiety, increase memory, and work with distracting thoughts, emotions and pain in the body.
Labyrinth Walking Guided Meditation
Walking a labyrinth is an ancient practice experienced for centuries by different cultures for different spiritual purposes. This meditative walk continues to have relevance in present-day lives as it offers a space to quiet the mind, reflect, and consider new life paths.
The labyrinth can be used for accessing inner wisdom, grief work, meditation and prayer, working through a challenge or making a decision.
Deb’s current labyrinths are two portable floor labyrinths. Additionally, Deb can work with you on handheld labyrinths which can help you reach the same intention. These work beautifully for virtual sessions.
