In the gentle embrace of meditation, today’s reflections brought me closer to the heart of my journey and the essence of Peaceful Wellness. It’s more than just a name for my business; it’s a testament to my journey within. Through the whirlwinds of health challenges, I’ve come to discover that true peace and wellness reside deep within us. Yes, there have been moments of despair, sadness, and even hopelessness. But amidst those moments, the practices of mindfulness have been my guiding light.
The harmonious tones of sound healing, gentle yoga, be it chair or simple movement, the soothing embrace of aromatherapy – these have not only been tools but also companions in my journey. Recognizing the profound nature of healing, I’ve been open to outside help, bringing two incredible practitioners to my in-person studio and several passionate teachers to my online platform. Their expertise and unique perspectives enrich the holistic approach of Peaceful Wellness.
There were times when the weight of running a business almost led me to surrender. Yet, every time I felt like giving up, the universe would send a message through the stories and experiences of my students and clients. Hearing how a simple practice or word of advice brought transformative shifts in their lives reignites my passion and purpose.
