Ep. 06 – Befriend Yourself with Self-Love Loving-Kindness

In this episode, Deb shares just as we are give wonderful support to family and friends by helping them feel more at ease, bring comfort, kindness and compassion, we too, can befriend ourselves with the same. We no longer need to compare ourselves to others but we can see how we all have the same desire for happiness and well-being. Included is a Self-Love Loving-Kindness meditation to assist us to find peace within and take gentle care of ourselves.
