In this episode, Deb shares how we run interference to our true nature when we run on autopilot. If we can make room, even a sliver, for love and gratitude, our lives would be drastically different. She shares her own personal story of chronic illness and the choices she made to move out of disappointment, discouragement, and resentment and into healing. We can choose to stay in the suffering or we can allow the Light to shine in. It our choice to reach for a better way as we recognize how we are feeling, allowing that feeling in, investigating where we feel it within the body and gently nurture ourselves with love.
