In this first episode, Deb shares her journey into Peaceful Wellness and how meditation, sound healing, yoga and other modalities have assisted her with chronic illness and PTSD. She found that real change can only come in her mind and she promotes techniques that help you to take a mindful approach to your wellness with self-compassion, loving kindness, and a sense of equanimity. When we can unite with our True Nature, we find the solace and the energy we need to go through our journey called “life.”
