Today we start working on the Real Happiness Challenge with Sharon Salzberg with 28 Days of Meditation. Her online program is now closed for registration but if you didn’t get that opportunity to do so, I’ll be sharing with you my thoughts each day. Her book is of the same name “Real Happiness.” This week is the theme of CONCENTRATION and in my class this morning at 8:30 am Central Time, we’ll be working with just that in our practice.
